C'est évident que le site DuProprio est très bien connu dans notre région (Le Plateau à Hull), car on a reçu plusieurs appels aussitôt qu'on a mis la maison à vendre avec eux. J'ai dépensé 300$ pour des annonces dans les journeaux (samedi & mercredi), sans qu'ils nous rapportent un seul appel. Le service de DuProprio était excellent, et leur photographe a pris de superbes photos. En tout, nous avons reçu trois très bonnes offres (et chacun satisfaisait toutes nos conditions - prix, date, exclusions). Nous avons choisi une offre et la maison était vendue dans une semaine. Yay!
