ORGANIC FARM - HORSE FARM - TRAIL LOVERS PARADISE.  Just over 56.5 Acres with a one acre pond. Set back ¼ mile from the road across from hundreds of acres of combined Conservation and County-Managed Forests including trails and the latest logging trail begins across from the lane.

The farm is located 2 hours north of Toronto (or, 30 minutes south of Owen Sound), east of Hwy 6 between Durham & Williamsford, just east of the village of Dornoch.

The farm consists of (1) Century home, (2) a large converted barn/storage shed 4000 sq ft (40' x 100'), (3) five pasture fields, 4 hayfields (from mixed organic grains), (4) chicken-coop (5) wooden garage, (6) a 1 acre pond.

Power: A full 200 amp split service (100 house, 100 barn)

All the farm needs now is a coat of paint on the house a few fences mended …… then, it's ready to ride, hike, snowshoe or cross country ski. The house is set up for putting an addition on, if so desired. Plumbing, wiring, heating, and, septic, are ready. The house currently is rented.

This farm gives you the greatest feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, yet it is actually only 20 minutes from all amenities!

The land surrounding the farm is private and partially trailed. The owner of this farm will be happy to introduce you to the neighbours.
